Made of casted aluminum alloy, it guarantees high durability and excellent thermal properties. A BBQ perforated pan heats up faster and the heat is distributed evenly over the entire surface, which significantly improves the grilling process and gives the effect of perfectly browning food on the outside while maintaining juiciness on the inside.
Like all our cookware, also the perforated BBQ pan is covered with innovative Lotan® non-stick coating, which prevents food from sticking to the surface, reduces the risk of burning and makes cleaning after grilling much easier.
NOTE: the pan is intended for use on a barbecue, DO NOT put it on a direct fire.
